Here is important  info. when searching for the right Real Estate agent to #sellhome.

1.Does R.E agent have personal knowledge of the neighborhood? 22% of agents don't take the time to walk thru the active listing to do a competitive review. Which homes are not cookie cutter some values can be missed with upgrades over pricing your home without the work. 

2. A team of professionals on stand by is key! Staged, painter,lawn worker, pool cleaner, contractor electric and general for the obvious needs.

    Agents should have the #team to process the contract after 

Listing is signed immediate signage, photos, title, an Agent social medial campaign start up. Mailing to neighbors, door knock to tell the home on market, open house no longer then 3 weeks in to be staged. On contract exexcuted, title and hoa submitted. Appraisal ordered for lender. Follow up for owner ever 14 days.

3. Communication of process to close important either text email personal call.

If you agent isn't following up on these things, you review after 30 days what change needs to happen, if no #selloffer on table.
